New Build Resort Apartments at La Serena Golf-Los Alcazares Near the Beach

Los Alcazares, on the Costa Cálida, is a coastal town known for its long seafront promenade and sandy beaches. Here, at La Serena Golf, a new build resort of 66 apartments is being developed, with two and three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). The complex sits roughly 300 metres from the Mar Menor, placing beach and golf course within easy reach.

Among the options are ground-floor apartments with private gardens, middle-floor homes with spacious terraces, and penthouses that add a large rooftop solarium. Each penthouse solarium includes an outdoor shower and can be fitted with a summer kitchen and private Jacuzzi—a space designed for relaxing or entertaining while looking out over the golf course and the surrounding landscape. Inside, the apartments are arranged as open-plan living areas with plenty of natural light, and the outdoor spaces connect directly to the interior.

The development takes a resort-style approach to its communal amenities. The main attraction is a lagoon-shaped swimming pool of around 190 m², with beach-style entry and lounging areas furnished with Balinese beds. Below ground, there is a spa, gym and sauna. Outside, the landscaped gardens contain a children’s playground and two petanque courts, plus communal restrooms near the pool.

Los Alcazares town centre is two kilometres away; Cartagena is 22 km, Murcia 40 km. The Region de Murcia International Airport is 30 km from the complex, and Alicante-Elche Airport is 90 km. The Mar Menor’s shallow, calm waters make it ideal for swimming, sailing and paddle surfing all year round.

The apartments are fitted to a modern specification: a fully equipped kitchen with white glass-finish appliances, vanity units with shower screens and backlit mirrors in the bathrooms, motorised window shutters, a basic lighting package, and full ducted air-conditioning. Each property comes with one underground parking space, with bicycle parking and optional storage rooms available.

If you would like to see the development for yourself, a viewing trip can be arranged. You are welcome to get in touch for more details or to book a call.
