New Build Resort Apartments at La Serena Golf-Los Alcazares Near the Beach

Los Alcazares, on the Costa Cálida’s Mar Menor coast, is a town known for easy beach living and year-round sunshine. At La Serena Golf, within a few hundred metres of the water, a new-build residential resort of 66 apartments is being completed. The homes have two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite), and the development sits 300 metres from the sandy edge of the Mar Menor.

The complex offers several layouts. Ground-floor apartments have private gardens; middle-floor homes come with spacious terraces; and penthouses add a large rooftop solarium. Each solarium includes an outdoor shower and can be fitted with a summer kitchen and private Jacuzzi—an arrangement that makes the most of the open views over the golf course. Inside, the apartments are bright and open-plan, with living areas that extend naturally onto the outdoor space.

The communal areas follow a resort-style approach. A lagoon-shaped swimming pool of roughly 190 square metres has beach-style access and is lined with Balinese beds. There are landscaped gardens, a spa, a gym and a sauna in the basement, plus a children’s playground, two petanque courts and dedicated restrooms near the pool. An underground parking space comes with every property; bicycle parking and optional storage rooms are also available.

Finishes and fixtures are specified for comfort. Each kitchen is fitted with white glass-fronted appliances; bathrooms include vanity units, shower screens and backlit mirrors. Motorised window shutters, a basic lighting package and fully installed ducted air conditioning are standard.

The location puts the calm, shallow waters of the Mar Menor within a three-minute walk—ideal for swimming, sailing and paddle surfing throughout the year. La Serena Golf is next to the development, Los Alcazares town centre is 2 km away, and both Cartagena (22 km) and Murcia (40 km) are within an easy drive. Region de Murcia International Airport is 30 km to the north; Alicante–Elche Airport is 90 km.

If you would like to see these apartments for yourself, a viewing trip can be arranged, or you are welcome to book a call to discuss the details further.
