New Build Resort Apartments at La Serena Golf-Los Alcazares Near the Beach

Los Alcázares, on the Mar Menor coast, is a town built around its seafront promenade and shallow, warm waters. Here, at La Serena Golf, a new residential development brings 66 apartments onto a site that sits 300 metres from the beach and directly beside the fairways. The complex offers two- and three-bedroom layouts, each with two bathrooms (one en suite), and a choice between ground-floor units with private gardens, middle-floor homes with generous terraces, or penthouses whose roof terraces—called solariums—come with an outdoor shower and the option to add a summer kitchen and a private jacuzzi. From the upper floors, you look out over the golf course and the surrounding landscape.

The communal design takes its cues from a resort. The main pool, roughly 190 square metres, is lagoon-shaped with a beach-style entry and lounging areas equipped with Balinese beds. Landscaped gardens, a children’s playground, two pétanque courts, and a basement-level spa area with a gym and sauna complete the outdoor offer, while the poolside restrooms add convenience for residents and guests alike.

Inside, the apartments are finished to a modern standard. Kitchens come with white-glass appliances; bathrooms have vanity units, shower screens and backlit mirrors. Motorised window shutters, ducted air conditioning, and a basic lighting package are included. Each property receives one underground parking space, plus underground bicycle parking and the option to rent a storage room.

Location is the other draw. The Mar Menor beach is a three-minute walk; the golf course is adjacent. Los Alcázares town centre is two kilometres away, Cartagena 22 km, and Murcia 40 km. The Region of Murcia International Airport is 30 km to the north, Alicante-Elche Airport 90 km. The local sea—the Mar Menor—is calm and shallow, ideal for swimming, sailing and paddleboarding all year.

If you would like to see the development in person, a viewing trip to the Costa Cálida can be arranged.
