New Build Villas with Private Pool at Serena Golf-Los Alcazares

Los Alcazares sits on the Costa Cálida, a coastal town known for its long promenade, sandy beaches and more than 300 days of sunshine a year. Here, at La Serena Golf, a boutique collection of 37 quad and semi-detached villas is being built, each with its own private pool. The development is 300 metres from the Mar Menor, whose shallow, warm waters are ideal for swimming, sailing and paddle surfing. The location between the sea and the golf course makes this one of the most sought-after areas on the coast, whether for a permanent home or a holiday retreat.

Each villa has three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms and a guest toilet, arranged for comfortable family living. Outside, the private plot includes a swimming pool and a barbecue area, with an exterior guest toilet for entertaining. The rooftop solarium adds further space to enjoy the sun, and comes with a solar shower plus pre-installation for a jacuzzi and summer kitchen. Parking is provided both on the plot and with an assigned underground space.

The interiors are finished to a modern standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with white-glass appliances, and the bathrooms have backlit mirrors, shower screens and vanity units. Motorised window shutters, a basic lighting package and ducted air conditioning are all included, ensuring the house works well as either a main residence or a holiday home.

Owners also have access to shared resort-style facilities in a neighbouring development: landscaped gardens, a lagoon-style communal pool, a spa, a gym and a sauna. The immediate area offers easy access to beaches, golf and nearby towns. Mar Menor beach is 0.3 km away, La Serena Golf is next to the development, and Los Alcazares town centre is 2 km. Cartagena is 22 km, Murcia 40 km, and Region de Murcia International Airport 30 km; Alicante-Elche Airport is 90 km.

If you would like to see these villas for yourself, a viewing trip can be arranged. A call to discuss the options is equally welcome.
