New Build Resort Apartments at La Serena Golf-Los Alcazares Near the Beach

This penthouse sits within a new-build resort development at La Serena Golf, on the edge of Los Alcazares. You are 300 metres from the Mar Menor, with the golf course directly alongside. The complex comprises 66 apartments and penthouses of two or three bedrooms, each with two bathrooms (one en suite). Ground-floor units have private gardens, middle floors have generous terraces, and the penthouses — like this one — add a large rooftop solarium with an outdoor shower, plus the option to fit a summer kitchen and private jacuzzi for entertaining with open golf views.

Los Alcazares itself is a laid-back coastal town with sandy beaches, a long seaside promenade, and more than 300 sunny days a year. It works well as a permanent home or a holiday base, with restaurants, shops, marinas and sports facilities all a short drive or cycle away. The development is a short walk from the beach (0.3 km) and about 2 km from the town centre; Murcia and its airport are about 30 km away, and Alicante-Elche is 90 km.

The communal areas are built around a lagoon-style swimming pool of roughly 190 m², with beach-style entry and Balinese beds for lounging. There are also landscaped gardens, a spa, a gym and sauna in the basement, a children’s playground, two petanque courts, and communal restrooms near the pool. Each apartment comes with an underground parking space, plus underground bicycle parking and optional storage.

Inside, the specification is clean and practical: a fully equipped kitchen with white glass-finish appliances, bathrooms with vanity units, shower screens and backlit mirrors, motorised window shutters, a basic lighting package, and ducted air-conditioning throughout. The design is open-plan, with interiors that flow naturally onto the outdoor spaces.

If you’d like to see the property in person, a viewing trip to Los Alcazares can be arranged. Book a call to discuss availability and pricing.
