New Build Villas with Private Pool at Serena Golf-Los Alcazares

Tucked between the fairways of La Serena Golf and the warm shallows of the Mar Menor, this boutique collection of 37 modern townhouses in Los Alcazares offers a rare balance of privacy and coast. The homes sit just 300 metres from the water’s edge, yet feel a world away from the busier resort stretches — a quiet base for year-round Mediterranean living.

Each property is arranged over its own private plot, with a swimming pool at the heart of the outdoor space. Interiors span three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, plus a guest toilet, and are planned with everyday comfort in mind. The kitchen comes fully equipped with white glass appliances, while backlit mirrors, walk-in showers and motorised shutters are included as standard. Ducted air conditioning runs throughout.

Outside, the emphasis is firmly on entertaining. A barbecue area sits beside the pool, and there’s an exterior guest toilet for when friends call by. Up on the rooftop solarium, you’ll find a solar shower, with pre-installation for a jacuzzi and summer kitchen — a flexible space that works as an extra lounge in the warmer months. Parking is covered both on the plot and via an assigned underground space.

Residents also have access to shared facilities within a neighbouring development, including landscaped gardens, a lagoon-style communal pool, spa, gym and sauna. For everyday needs, Los Alcazares town centre is two kilometres away, with its long promenade, sandy beaches and a good selection of restaurants and marinas. Cartagena is 22 kilometres south, Murcia 40, and the Region de Murcia International Airport is a 30-minute drive — Alicante Elche is 90 minutes by road.

The Mar Menor’s shallow, calm waters make it ideal for sailing, paddleboarding and swimming throughout the year, and with more than 300 days of sunshine annually, this is a property that rewards outdoor living in every season. If you’d like to see the development for yourself, a viewing trip can be arranged — just get in touch to plan your visit.
