New build villas in Altaona Golf Resort, Murcia

This is a new-build villa within the Altaona Golf Resort, in the Murcia region of Baños y Mendigo. The property is a single-storey, modern design with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a bright living room with large windows that open directly onto the pool and garden. There is also a solarium and a garage.

The house sits within a privileged natural setting, surrounded by mountains and open countryside—a place for quiet living and fresh air. The resort itself is centred on an 18-hole golf course, offering both tranquillity and security, while still being close to everyday amenities.

You are 15 minutes by car from the centre of Murcia city and 20 minutes from the coast. Murcia-Corvera Airport is just 15 minutes away, making this a convenient base for both city life and the beach.

A viewing trip can be arranged to see the property and the surrounding resort for yourself.
