New Build Key Ready Townhouses and Semi Detached Villas in Altaona Golf Resort Murcia

Baños y Mendigo sits inland from the Costa Cálida, within the secure perimeter of Altaona Golf Resort. Here, a new residential development offers a choice of two-bedroom townhouses on one level or three-bedroom semi-detached homes spread over two floors. Both types come with private gardens, off-street parking and a 30-square-metre open terrace on the upper floor of the three-bedroom models. The resort’s 24-hour security and 18-hole golf course make it a practical option for a permanent home, a holiday retreat or an investment close to Murcia city.

Inside, the layout is straightforward. Two-bedroom houses are single-storey, with front and rear gardens. Three-bedroom homes place the living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms above; the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Every property is delivered with air conditioning, electric shutters in the living room, a fitted kitchen with hob, extractor hood and oven, and bathrooms with furniture and mirrors. The gardens are pre-irrigated and have exterior lighting. For those who want more, private swimming pools can be added on selected plots.

The communal area centres on a large swimming pool set in landscaped grounds. The surrounding gardens are maintained as part of the resort, so you have generous outdoor space without the upkeep of a larger plot. The development is quiet, with mountain views, and the gated entry gives a sense of privacy.

Altaona Golf Resort is about 15 kilometres from Murcia city centre – a 15-minute drive for shops, restaurants and cultural venues. Murcia Corvera Airport is roughly the same distance. The Mar Menor beaches are around 30 kilometres away, and the Mediterranean coast is equally accessible by road. The location balances a rural setting with quick access to urban amenities.

If you would like to see the available properties in person, a viewing trip can be arranged through the agency. A call to discuss the options is also welcome.
