New Build Key Ready Townhouses and Semi Detached Villas in Altaona Golf Resort Murcia

Baños y Mendigo sits inland from Murcia, on the edge of the Altaona Golf Resort — an established, gated community with 24-hour security. Here, a new development of townhouses and semi-detached villas is now ready for occupancy. The setting is quiet and open, surrounded by low mountains and scrub-covered hills, with the golf course as the centrepiece. It suits those looking for a permanent home near Murcia city, a holiday property, or a secure lock-up-and-leave investment.

The homes come in two sizes. Two-bedroom properties are single-storey, with gardens at both front and rear and a private parking space. Three-bedroom houses are arranged over two floors, with a 30-square-metre open terrace on the upper level. The semi-detached option gives you corner gardens that wrap around the house; the townhouse version has separate front and rear gardens. Either way, the outdoor space is generous enough for dining, sunbathing, or simply sitting out in the mild Costa Cálida climate.

Inside, the specification is straightforward and modern: fitted kitchens with hob, extractor and oven; bathrooms with furniture and mirrors; air-conditioning throughout; electric shutters in the living room; garden irrigation; and exterior lighting. The development has a large communal swimming pool set in landscaped grounds. On selected plots, a private pool can be added as an optional extra.

Location is the main draw. The resort is centred on an 18-hole golf course, yet you are only 15 kilometres from Murcia’s city centre — roughly a 15-minute drive. Murcia Corvera Airport is about the same distance. The Mar Menor beaches are around 30 kilometres away, and the Mediterranean coast is easily reached by road. You get the peace of a guarded golf community with the convenience of a regional capital on your doorstep.

If you would like to see the available properties in person, a viewing trip can be arranged. Alternatively, a call to discuss floor plans and prices would be equally welcome.
