New build villas in Altaona Golf Resort, Murcia

In the Altaona Golf Resort, within the quiet countryside of Baños y Mendigo, a new development of villas is taking shape. This is a setting of open landscapes and mountain views, where the pace of life slows down. Each villa offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, with an open-plan kitchen and a private garden that includes a pool, terrace, solarium, and basement.

The layout is designed for easy living. The ground floor opens onto the garden and pool area, while the basement provides extra space for storage or a home gym. Upstairs, the bedrooms are arranged for privacy, with the master suite benefiting from its own bathroom. The terrace and solarium extend the living space outdoors, making the most of the Mediterranean climate.

Altaona Golf is a secure, gated community centred on an 18-hole golf course. The resort is 15 minutes by car from the centre of Murcia and 20 minutes from the coast. Corvera International Airport is roughly a quarter of an hour away, which makes the location practical for regular travel.

If you would like to see the villas for yourself, a viewing trip can be arranged. Get in touch to book a call.
