Elegant detached villas with private pool at Peraleja Golf Resort - Costa Cálida

In the traditional Spanish town of Sucina, within the gated grounds of Peraleja Golf Resort, a collection of twenty Mediterranean-style villas is taking shape. Six architectural models offer two, three or four bedrooms across one, two or three floors, with plots ranging from 375 to 800 m². Each home comes with its own private pool, landscaped garden and parking, while selected units add a rooftop solarium.

The designs, by a recognised architect, use sloping roofs and natural materials — wood and stone — to sit comfortably within the surrounding landscape of southern Murcia. Interiors are equally considered: an open-plan fitted kitchen with appliances, a bright living and dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, central air conditioning and gas-fired radiator heating. The 18-hole golf course, originally designed by Severiano Ballesteros, is undergoing renovation and is scheduled to reopen in late 2025. Around the complex, protected natural areas are being threaded with hiking, jogging and cycling trails for residents, and several homes — along with the social club — catch distant sea views.

The location suits both countryside calm and coastal convenience. Sucina and Avileses are 3–5 km away for local shops and restaurants, the Mar Menor beaches are 20 km (roughly 20 minutes by car), and the city of Murcia is 25 km away. Murcia Airport (RMU) lies 25 km from the gates, Alicante Airport (ALC) 80 km, and La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre about 35 km. The area's mild year-round climate and easy access to both natural landscapes and the coast have made it increasingly popular among international buyers.
