A collection of 20 detached villas with private pools at Peraleja Golf Resort, on the Costa Cálida, near the town of Sucina. Six models are available, offering two, three or four bedrooms across one, two or three floors, on plots ranging from 375 to 800 square metres. Some units include a rooftop solarium. The architecture is Mediterranean in style, with sloping roofs and natural materials such as wood and stone, designed to sit comfortably within the landscape. Each villa has its own private pool, garden and parking.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen comes fully fitted with appliances, and the living and dining room features a wood-burning fireplace. Central air conditioning and gas-fired radiator heating are installed throughout. The entrance is secure, and the vehicle access gate is motorised. The private swimming pool measures 3.5 by 5.5 metres and has an outdoor shower. Outdoor water points and lighting are provided, and the garden is fully landscaped and ready to use.

These homes were designed by an architect who combined clean lines with natural textures, creating a cohesive and restrained aesthetic within a gated community. The resort itself has 24-hour security, a piano bar and a clubhouse with a gourmet restaurant. Protected natural areas surround the complex, with hiking, jogging and cycling trails planned for residents. The 18-hole golf course, originally designed by Severiano Ballesteros, is currently being renovated and is scheduled to reopen in late 2025. The beaches of the Mar Menor are a 20-minute drive (20 km), while the city of Murcia is also 20 minutes by car (25 km). Murcia Airport (RMU) is 15 minutes away (25 km), and Alicante Airport (ALC) is 45 minutes (80 km). La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is 35 km from the resort. The area has a reliable year-round climate and a growing international community, with local shops and restaurants in Sucina providing an authentic Spanish backdrop.
