In Sucina, within the Peraleja Golf Resort on the Costa Cálida, a collection of twenty Mediterranean-style detached villas is now available. Six different models offer two, three or four bedrooms across one, two or three floors, with plots ranging from 375 to 800 square metres; some units include a rooftop solarium. Each villa has its own private pool, landscaped garden and parking, and the architecture—with sloping roofs, wood and stone accents—sits naturally within the surrounding landscape.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen comes fully fitted with appliances, and the living and dining room features a wood-burning fireplace. Central air conditioning and gas-fired radiator heating are installed throughout, alongside a secure entrance door and a motorised vehicle gate. The private swimming pool measures 3.5 by 5.5 metres and has an outdoor shower; outdoor water points and lighting are provided, and the garden is fully landscaped and ready to enjoy.

The resort itself operates with 24-hour security and includes a piano bar and a clubhouse with a gourmet restaurant. Protected natural areas surround the complex, with hiking, jogging and cycling trails being developed for residents. The 18-hole golf course, originally designed by Severiano Ballesteros, is currently undergoing renovation and is scheduled to reopen in late 2025. Some homes and the social club enjoy distant sea views.

Sucina town and Avileses are three to five kilometres away. The Mar Menor beaches are a 20-minute drive (20 km), Murcia city is 20 minutes (25 km), and Murcia Airport (RMU) is 15 minutes (25 km). Alicante Airport (ALC) is 45 minutes (80 km), and La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre is 35 km away. The area offers a year-round climate, good infrastructure, and a balance of coastal access and authentic Spanish village life.
