Contemporary New Build Villas with Private Pool in La Finca Golf Resort, Algorfa

These four-bedroom villas sit within the La Finca Golf Resort in Algorfa, on the Costa Blanca South. The development is set among fairways and greenery, with the town of Algorfa itself offering everyday services and a traditional Spanish atmosphere. Beaches, shopping centres and coastal towns are a short drive away.

The villas are arranged over two floors. On the ground floor are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms (one en suite), and an open-plan living and dining area with large sliding glass doors. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar and opens directly onto a covered terrace, garden and private pool.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Two private terraces, totalling 36 square metres, provide outdoor space for sun or views. The specification includes ducted air conditioning, motorised shutters, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and private parking within the plot.

Outside, the garden features a modern pergola, sun terraces and a private swimming pool—a layout designed for relaxing, entertaining and dining in the Mediterranean climate.

The location puts you within walking distance of the La Finca Golf Club. Guardamar del Segura’s beaches are 20 km away, the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is 15 km, Torrevieja is 20 km, and Alicante Airport is 40 km. Murcia Airport is 55 km.

If you would like to know more, a viewing trip can be arranged to see the resort and the villas for yourself.
