New Build Semi-Detached Villas with Private Pool in La Finca Golf Resort, Algorfa

In Algorfa, on the Costa Blanca South, a new residential development is underway within La Finca Golf Resort. You can choose between two- and three-bedroom apartments with communal pools, or semi-detached and detached villas, each with its own private pool. The semi-detached villas offer three bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors, finished to a contemporary standard throughout.

The ground floor is given over to living. An open-plan living and dining room connects to a furnished kitchen, and large sliding doors open directly onto the garden and the private swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms — both with built-in wardrobes — sit on this level, along with a full bathroom. Parking is private, within the plot.

Upstairs, a studio space with its own bathroom lends itself to a home office, a lounge or a guest suite, and opens onto a 30 m² private terrace for sunbathing and quiet evenings outdoors. Throughout the house, every bedroom has built-in wardrobes; the living room and bedrooms have electric shutters; bathrooms come fully equipped with mirrors and shower screens; and ducted air conditioning is installed throughout. A private garden and pool complete each home.

The resort itself is one of the Costa Blanca's established golf destinations, with a hotel, restaurants, a spa and sports facilities on site. Algorfa keeps its traditional Spanish character — an easy-going pace, good local food — and the position works as well for holidays as it does for year-round living. The golf club is within walking distance; the beaches of Guardamar del Segura are 15 km away, as are Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa. Almoradí, Benijófar and Ciudad Quesada are a short drive, and Alicante Airport is 35 km.

Should you like to see the development for yourself, a viewing trip can be arranged.
