Exclusive, newly built villas on the golf course front line at La Finca Golf Resort

On the front line of La Finca Golf Resort in Algorfa, on the southern Costa Blanca, a new collection of villas has been completed. These properties sit directly on the fairway, with uninterrupted views across the championship course. The design is contemporary and single-level, with a fully finished basement—a layout that prioritises privacy and ease of living.

Inside, the villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite includes a dressing room and an en-suite. The living and dining area opens onto the terrace and kitchen in an open-plan arrangement, with floor-to-ceiling glazing drawing in natural light. Underfloor heating and ducted air conditioning are fitted throughout, alongside a smart home system. The kitchen and bathrooms use designer fittings, with mirrors and shower screens included.

Outside, the garden centres on an infinity-edge swimming pool that overlooks the golf course. An external staircase leads to a rooftop sun terrace, pre-wired for a hot tub. The basement provides a garage for several cars and a flexible space that could serve as a leisure room or storage.

La Finca Golf Resort is a well-established destination with an 18-hole course, a hotel, spa, restaurants and sports facilities. The village of Algorfa is three kilometres away, with a traditional Spanish character and local shops. Guardamar’s beaches are 15 kilometres to the east; Torrevieja’s marina is 20 kilometres; Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is 25 kilometres. Alicante Airport is 50 kilometres, Murcia-Corvera 68 kilometres.
