Luxury Resort in Villajoyosa – A Seaside Paradise

In Villajoyosa, less than five minutes’ walk from the quiet sands of Playa del Torres, a new residential complex is taking shape. It offers 164 apartments and penthouses, with one to three bedrooms, set within a gated community designed around Mediterranean living. The development sits on a gentle rise, giving many homes wide views of the coast.

The focal point is the rooftop of Block 2 — a social deck with a swimming pool, shaded chill-out areas, a barbecue zone, a multi-use space and a gazebo. There is also an indoor lounge that can serve as a dining room for friends or a quiet co-working area.

For swimming, the grounds include tropical-style pools with beach-like entry, a heated lane pool, a children’s pool and a heated jacuzzi. Fitness features an indoor gym and an outdoor gym with a calisthenics circuit, plus a putting green and a mini-golf course.

Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and integrated washer-dryer. An aerothermal system provides hot water and air conditioning; bathrooms have underfloor heating. Windows are high-quality PVC with double glazing. Every home comes with a private parking space and a storage room, and the building holds an A energy rating for efficiency and sustainability.

The location balances peace and convenience. Playa del Torres offers clear, shallow waters, while Villajoyosa’s colourful old town is two kilometres away. Benidorm is ten kilometres north, and Alicante Airport is a 30-minute drive. This stretch of the Costa Blanca was named the Best Secret Destination in Europe 2024 — a choice that reflects the area’s quiet authenticity.

If you would like to see the development in person, a viewing trip can be arranged.
