Luxury Resort in Villajoyosa – A Seaside Paradise

In Villajoyosa, less than a five-minute walk from the serene Playa del Torres, a new residential complex offers 164 apartments and penthouses with one to three bedrooms. This is a considered piece of Mediterranean living, set within a community that prioritises relaxation and shared amenity without sacrificing privacy.

The heart of the development is the rooftop on Block 2—a space designed for socialising or unwinding. It includes a swimming pool with panoramic views, chill-out areas, a barbecue zone, a multi-use area, and a gazebo. Inside, there is a social lounge suitable for dining with friends or as a coworking space. For those who prefer to stay poolside, the complex features tropical-style pools with beach-style entry, a heated swimming lane, a children’s pool, and a heated jacuzzi.

Fitness facilities are equally generous: indoor and outdoor gyms, a calisthenics circuit, a putting green, and a mini golf course. The layout lets you move between active and quiet moments without leaving the grounds.

Each apartment comes with a fully fitted kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and integrated washer-dryer. Aerothermal systems provide hot water and air conditioning, while bathrooms have radiant floor heating. High-quality PVC windows with thermal insulation and double glazing keep the interiors comfortable year-round. A private parking space and storage room are included, and the building holds an A energy rating for efficiency and sustainability.

The complex sits in Playa del Torres, a quiet stretch of coast with clear water and turquoise hues. Villajoyosa’s painted houses and historic centre are two kilometres away; Benidorm is ten kilometres north; Alicante airport is 30 minutes by car. Villajoyosa was named the Best Secret Destination in Europe 2024 by European Best Destinations—a quiet accolade that suits its character. If you would like to see the property in person, a viewing trip can be arranged at a time that works for you.
