Luxury Resort in Villajoyosa – A Seaside Paradise

Playa del Torres, Villajoyosa — A New Residential Complex by the Sea

Less than a five-minute walk from the quiet sands of Playa del Torres, this new development brings 164 apartments and penthouses to the coast of Villajoyosa. The one-to-three-bedroom homes are arranged across a series of low-rise blocks, with private parking and storage included. The design is contemporary, with an A energy rating and aerothermal heating and cooling throughout.

Each apartment comes with a fully fitted kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and an integrated washer-dryer. Bathrooms have radiant floor heating, and the PVC windows are double-glazed with thermal insulation. The rooftop of Block 2 is the social hub of the complex. There, you will find a pool with panoramic views, a chill-out area, a barbecue zone, a multi-use space, and a gazebo. Indoors, there is a social lounge that can serve as a dining room or coworking space. For those who swim, the complex offers tropical-style pools with beach-access steps, a heated swimming lane, a children’s pool, and a heated jacuzzi. Fitness facilities include indoor and outdoor gyms, a calisthenics circuit, a putting green, and a mini-golf course.

Villajoyosa itself is known for its painted houses and seafood restaurants. The town centre is 2 km away, Benidorm 10 km, and Alicante Airport is a 30-minute drive. In 2024, European Best Destinations named Villajoyosa the “Best Secret Destination in Europe”. The coastline here tends to be quieter than the busier resorts further north, with coves and a long promenade for walking or cycling.
