New Build Apartments with Panoramic Sea Views in Torrenueva, Mijas

A new-build collection of 54 apartments has been completed in Torrenueva, on the quieter side of Mijas Costa. The development sits 500 metres from the beach and about 25 minutes from Marbella, in a residential area known for its calm atmosphere and easy access to the coastline. The apartments face south and take in panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

You can choose from one, two or three-bedroom homes. Ground-floor units come with private gardens; middle-floor apartments have generous terraces; and the penthouses feature private rooftop solariums. Every home is designed with an open-plan layout that connects the living room, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. Large windows and sliding doors open directly onto the terrace, drawing natural light through the space.

The specification includes aerothermal heating and cooling, electric shutters in the bedrooms, double glazing, built-in wardrobes and contemporary bathrooms. The construction uses sustainable technologies and high-quality thermal insulation throughout. The result is a home that is both energy-efficient and comfortable to live in year-round.

The communal areas are designed for leisure and wellbeing. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor pool, a fully equipped gym, a chill-out area and landscaped Mediterranean gardens. Residents also have access to the nearby tennis club facilities.

Torrenueva sits between Fuengirola and Marbella, with sandy beaches, coves, beach clubs, restaurants and supermarkets all within a short distance. La Cala de Mijas is 2 km away, Cabopino Marina 8 km, and Malaga International Airport 38 km. Several golf courses are nearby, including Miraflores Golf at 2 km and Calanova Golf Club at 6 km.

If you would like to see the development in person, a viewing trip can be arranged. Book a call to discuss the details.
