New Build Apartments Near the Beach in Vera Playa, Costa de Almeria

In Vera Playa, on the Costa de Almería, a new development of 146 apartments sits one kilometre from the shoreline. The complex offers two- and three-bedroom layouts, each with two bathrooms (one en suite), and is set in a quiet, natural part of the coast that balances proximity to the beach with a relaxed atmosphere.

You can choose between ground-floor apartments with a private porch and garden, mid-floor units with generous terraces, or penthouses topped by a private rooftop solarium. Every home is arranged to draw in natural light and, where possible, open onto sea views. Specifications include a fitted kitchen, electric shutters, pre-installation for ducted air-conditioning, and bathrooms with fitted furniture and glass shower screens. Parking and a storage room come with each property.

The communal facilities are designed for both leisure and everyday use: two swimming pools, landscaped gardens, an outdoor gym, mini golf, a pétanque court, table tennis, and a children’s playground. These spaces make the development suited to permanent residence, holiday use, or rental investment.

Vera Playa itself is a well-regarded stretch of the Almería coast, with long sandy beaches, clear water, and a calm setting. Local services, restaurants, beach bars, and shops are within easy reach. The AP-7 motorway connects the area to the wider region, and the planned AVE high-speed train station in Vera will improve links further. Key distances: Playa Quitapellejos and Vera Naturist Beach are each one kilometre away; Garrucha Marina is seven kilometres; Mojácar, fourteen; Desert Springs Golf, ten; and Águilón Golf, eighteen. Almería Airport is 85 kilometres to the south; Murcia International is 120 kilometres to the north.

A viewing trip can be arranged to see the development and its surroundings for yourself. If you would like to know more, a call can be booked at your convenience.
