New Build Apartments Near the Beach in Vera Playa, Costa de Almeria

Vera Playa, on the Costa de Almería, is home to a new residential development of 146 modern apartments—two- and three-bedroom layouts, all with two bathrooms (one en suite). The complex sits in a quiet, natural setting just one kilometre from the beach, balancing coastal proximity with a calm, residential atmosphere.

You can choose from ground-floor apartments with a private porch and garden, middle-floor units with generous terraces, or penthouses with a private rooftop solarium. Each home is designed to draw in natural light, creating bright, open interiors that connect with the outdoors; many apartments also offer sea views. Specifications include a furnished kitchen, electric shutters, fitted bathrooms with furniture and shower screens, pre-installation for ducted air-conditioning, and a private parking space and storage room.

The communal areas are built for leisure and wellbeing: two swimming pools, landscaped gardens, an outdoor gym, mini golf, a petanque court, table tennis and a children’s playground. These facilities make the development suitable for full-time living, holiday use or as a rental investment.

Vera Playa is one of the most sought-after stretches of the Almería coast, known for its long sandy beaches and clear water. Local services, restaurants, beach bars and shops are all within easy reach. The AP-7 motorway provides good road connections, and the future AVE high-speed train station in Vera will improve access across Spain.
