New Build Apartments in Cala Blanca, Javea Just 100 Metres from the Sea

This penthouse development sits in Cala Blanca, an exclusive residential enclave on the northern Costa Blanca. Just 100 metres from the Mediterranean and 1.2 kilometres from the lively Arenal Beach, the property comprises seventeen contemporary apartments across ground, first and second floors. You can choose from two, three or four bedrooms, including duplex penthouses with attic-style upper levels that maximise square metreage and outdoor living.

Ground-floor homes come with private gardens; selected units can add a private swimming pool. Middle-floor apartments offer generous terraces, while the duplex penthouses provide additional living space and large outdoor areas for year-round use. Every home includes one underground parking space and a storage room. Finishes are consistent throughout: a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, Porcelanosa bathroom materials, ducted air conditioning, and underfloor heating powered by an aerothermal system. A reinforced security door and community solar panels support energy efficiency.

The communal gardens are landscaped with separate swimming pools for adults and children, a dedicated swimming lane, and bicycle parking. Cala Blanca itself is known for its rocky coves and clear waters, with a peaceful atmosphere that contrasts with Arenal Beach’s promenade of restaurants, cafes, and water sports. Jávea’s historic centre and fishing port are within a short drive, preserving the town’s authentic character.
