New Build Apartments in Cala Blanca, Javea Just 100 Metres from the Sea

In the Cala Blanca neighbourhood of Jávea, a new development of seventeen apartments sits just 100 metres from the Mediterranean Sea. The location is one of the most sought-after on the Costa Blanca North: a short walk from the rocky coves and clear water that define this stretch of coastline, and 1.2 km from the lively Arenal Beach with its promenade, restaurants and shops.

The development offers two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments across ground, first and second floors, including duplex penthouses with attic-style upper levels. Ground-floor units have private gardens, and some can be fitted with a private swimming pool. Middle-floor apartments come with generous terraces, while the penthouses offer additional outdoor living space. Every home includes an underground parking space and a storage room.

Interiors are specified with materials from Porcelanosa, fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, ducted air conditioning, and underfloor heating powered by an aerothermal system. Energy efficiency is supported by communal solar panels, high-quality insulation and reinforced security doors.

The communal gardens are laid out with separate swimming pools for adults and children, a dedicated swimming lane, and bicycle parking. Cala Blanca itself is a peaceful residential area known for its coves and clear water; the nearby Arenal provides a more active beach scene, and Jávea’s historic centre and fishing port are within a few kilometres. La Sella Golf Resort is 14 km away, Denia Marina 15 km, and Moraira 18 km. Alicante Airport is 100 km; Valencia Airport 122 km.

If you would like to see these apartments in person, a viewing trip can be arranged to the area.
