New build luxury villas near Marbella

These new build villas are located in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, offering convenient access to local amenities alongside views of the mountains and sea. The development comprises 26 villas, each designed across three levels, including a solarium and basement, connected by a ground floor. The villas are oriented South, East, South East, or West.

The project incorporates an innovative approach to vehicular circulation; an avenue beneath the residences provides access to private carports and garages, keeping them out of sight. From above, the area presents as a network of pedestrian pathways and landscaped gardens. The community is gated with 24-hour security surveillance and a single entrance and exit point.

There are three distinct villa typologies within the development. Twenty-three homes are divided into two typologies: Typology A, designed by GC-Studio, and Typology B, designed by J. A. Flores. Three flagship Signature Villas, classified as Typology C, were designed by Pedro Peña. Upgrade packages are available to tailor individual villas. Each villa includes bespoke amenities such as entertainment rooms, home cinemas, and home gyms.

The Typology C Signature Villas are the largest residences available, featuring interiors by Pedro Peña. Each villa includes a private garage accessible via a private tunnel. The layout consists of four bedrooms on the top level and one on the lower level, with the ground level dedicated to living spaces and a kitchen. Two of these villas have a southeast orientation, with the third facing east. Typology C villas offer additional amenities, including an entertainment level, a dedicated home gym, landscaped gardens, and private infinity pools. The solarium provides views of the mountains, sea, and surrounding area.

Communal amenities include a gymnasium and a SPA with an indoor pool, hammam, sauna, and ice bath. The communal gardens are maintained.
