Lighting is LED throughout, including indirect LED in curtain boxes and sound-reducing ceiling features. Switches and sockets are Bticino Living Now. Bathrooms are fitted with ceramics from Porcelanosa.

Climate control is managed by ducted air conditioning with a direct expansion heat pump and Air Zone system. Bathrooms benefit from electric towel heaters and electric underfloor heating, while the rest of the property features water-based underfloor heating. An aerothermal electric heater is installed, alongside a system for air renewal and extraction.
