New build residential complex in Aguilas

In Águilas, on the Costa Cálida, a new residential complex of apartments and villas is now under construction. The development comprises 36 apartments — two- and three-bedroom layouts across four modern blocks — and ten four-bedroom villas, each with its own private pool. Every apartment comes with a parking space and storage room in the communal garage, and the complex itself has two communal swimming pools.

The apartments are designed around generous outdoor space. Ground- and first-floor units have large terraces; those on the upper floors get solariums instead. Inside, kitchens and bathrooms are fully fitted, and the whole property is pre-wired for ducted air-conditioning. The villas follow a similar logic: four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private pool that makes the most of the Mediterranean light.

The complex sits 800 metres from the sea, next to a shopping centre. Águilas itself is a small city with a long, walkable beach, 28 kilometres of coastline and 35 beaches — some are sheltered coves in natural settings, others urban strands close to the town centre. It is a known base for diving, water sports, hiking and golf.

The climate here is dry and warm all year, with an average annual temperature of 22°C — mild winters and very hot summers.
