New Build Villas at Vistabella Golf Resort – Orihuela

These new-build villas sit within the gated Vistabella Golf Resort, between San Miguel de Salinas and Los Montesinos, in the municipality of Orihuela. Buyers choose between two layouts: a single-level design with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a rooftop solarium, or a two-storey house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a first-floor solarium terrace. Both are set on plots of roughly 300 m² and include a private pool and off-street parking.

Inside, the specification is thorough and practical. Ducted air conditioning runs throughout, kitchens arrive fully fitted with appliances, and the bathrooms are finished with glass shower screens. Electric shutters and exterior lighting are standard, so the houses are as easy to live in as they are to look at.

The resort is a working golf community — 18 holes, paddle courts, a bowling green, a supermarket and a good spread of bars and restaurants within the gates. Further plans include a spa hotel, champagne and sushi bars, a tennis court, a football pitch and an artificial beach, which should give the estate a genuine year-round rhythm rather than a purely seasonal one.

The location works well for the coast and both airports. Torrevieja is 15 km away, La Mata beach 18 km, and Guardamar del Segura 20 km. Alicante Airport is 55 km; Murcia Airport 68 km. Two of the region's better-known courses, Villamartín and Las Colinas, lie 12 km and 14 km away respectively.

Whether you intend to live here full-time, use the house as a holiday base, or let it out, the appeal is straightforward: a secure, low-maintenance villa with a pool in a resort that continues to improve. If you would like to see it for yourself, a viewing trip can be arranged around your schedule.
