New build townhouses in fuente alamo, Murcia

Fuente Álamo sits in the Murcian countryside, 22 km northwest of Cartagena and 35 km south-west of Murcia city. This new development of villas and townhouses is built around a quieter way of living — a world away from the coastal tourist strip, with the Algarrobo, Los Gómez, Los Victorias and Carrascoy mountain ranges forming the backdrop. Water from those hills runs down through the Rambla de Fuente Álamo and on into the Mar Menor basin, giving the area its distinctive character.

The houses are designed for low-impact living. Energy efficiency is central to the scheme — aerothermal hot water, full ducted air-conditioning (hot and cold) and electric blinds throughout. Each villa has a private 2.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool with salt chlorination and underwater night lighting, plus a solarium with pergola and pre-installation for an outdoor kitchen or jacuzzi. Inside, you'll find white-lacquered fitted wardrobes, a kitchen with appliances included, a colour-lacquered security door with anti-vandal fittings, and a video intercom system.

The intention is straightforward: a development that integrates with its rural surroundings rather than dominating them, built with environmentally friendly materials and a reduced carbon footprint in mind. The result is a place where daily life feels simpler and closer to the landscape — without sacrificing modern comfort.

Fuente Álamo de Murcia itself is a working town with its own sense of identity. Practicalities are simple: Corvera airport is 30 minutes away by car, and the nearest shops are 6 km from the development.

If you'd like to see the countryside and the development for yourself, a viewing trip can be arranged around your schedule.
