New Build Villas and Bungalows Just 250 Meters from the Beach in Mar de Pulpí

Just 250 metres from La Entrevista beach in Mar de Pulpí, this new residential project offers a choice of ten independent villas and eight bungalows. The development sits within the quiet municipality of San Juan de los Terreros, on the Costa de Almería — an area known for its natural coastline and local amenities. Each home is designed for modern living, with spacious interiors and carefully planned outdoor areas.

The villas have three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor you will find one generous bedroom, while the upper floor holds two more, both opening onto private terraces. A basement garage, directly connected to the villa, provides space for at least two cars and bicycles, with natural light and ventilation, plus ample storage.

The bungalows are available in two configurations: ground-floor units with private gardens, or top-floor units with private solariums. Each has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private pool or jacuzzi. An elevator is included for added accessibility. The master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and large fitted wardrobes, and the expansive terraces include an outdoor bar area for entertaining.

All homes are fitted with double-glazed windows that offer solar protection and thermal break, electric underfloor heating in every bathroom, air conditioning (heating and cooling), motorized shutters, and modern bathrooms with suspended furniture, mirrors and shower screens. Hot water is produced by an aerothermal system for energy efficiency. The residential community also has a multi-level communal swimming pool.

The beach at La Entrevista is 0.25 km away. San Juan de los Terreros town centre is 3 km from the development, with supermarkets, restaurants, shops and services. Aguilón Golf Course is 7 km away, Águilas city centre and marina 12 km, Murcia-Corvera Airport 95 km, and Almería Airport 115 km. If you would like to see the development in person, a viewing trip can be arranged.
