New Build Townhouses in Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort Murcia

New build townhouses in Torre Pacheco, within the Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort in Murcia. These three-bedroom homes sit in a private gated community, four kilometres from the beaches of the Mar Menor and surrounded by golf courses. Each property has a private garden, pool and parking space, with the option to add a basement.

The houses are split over two floors. On the ground floor you find a double bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that opens to the garden. Upstairs, two further bedrooms share a second bathroom, and a 19-square-metre terrace runs along the first floor. Interiors are fitted with a contemporary kitchen with appliances, LED lighting, pre-installation for ducted air conditioning, a reinforced entrance door, and aerothermal hot water. Bathrooms come with fitted furniture, mirrors and shower screens.

Santa Rosalia is a controlled-access resort with 24-hour security. Its centrepiece is an artificial lake of almost 17,000 square metres, lined with white sand and palm trees, and dotted with islands and beach bars. The estate also includes 126,000 square metres of landscaped green space, with walking and cycling paths, tennis and paddle courts, a mini-golf course, dog parks, and a clubhouse.

The location suits both everyday living and holidays. Los Alcázares, a lively coastal town on the Mar Menor, is four kilometres away and offers restaurants, water sports and services. Cartagena is 20 kilometres south, and Murcia–Corvera Airport is 22 kilometres. Alicante Airport is 95 kilometres north.

If you would like to see the resort and the townhouses in person, a viewing trip can be arranged. You can also book a call with the team to discuss the area and the options available.
