Exclusive New Development in Pilar de la Horadada, Costa Blanca, Spain

A new development of contemporary homes is taking shape in Pilar de la Horadada, a coastal town at the southern end of the Costa Blanca. Located just 2 km from the beach, the project offers three-bedroom, two-bathroom properties with private parking included. Residents share spacious communal areas—a swimming pool, landscaped gardens and a children’s play area—designed for family life.

The development includes several housing typologies: ground-floor apartments with private gardens, middle-floor flats with large terraces, penthouses with private solariums, and bungalows with gardens and solariums. Among them are townhouses and semi-detached houses, each with its own garden and solarium. Every home is finished in a modern, functional style with contemporary materials.

Inside, the homes are equipped with pre-installation for ducted air conditioning, aluminium external carpentry with thermal break and double glazing, and a reinforced entrance door. Hot water is provided by an aerothermal system. Built-in wardrobes come with LED lighting, and bathroom furniture and screens are included.

Pilar de la Horadada itself offers a lively high street with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The beaches of Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras—with golden sand and a promenade—are a five-minute drive away. The area also has cycle paths, hiking trails and a range of sporting activities.

Key distances: Lo Romero Golf Course is 5 km (10 minutes by car); Corvera Airport (Murcia) is 40 km (40 minutes); Alicante Airport is 55 km (55 minutes); Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is 15 km (15 minutes); and Torre de la Horadada Marina is 3 km (5 minutes).
