New residential complex at Los Balcones(Torrevieja)

A new residential complex of 30 apartments is taking shape in Los Balcones, Torrevieja — a part of the Costa Blanca known for its tourist appeal and natural surroundings. The development sits close to the Laguna Rosa de Torrevieja, a striking pink salt lake, and within easy reach of the beaches of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa. From the elevated position, many homes will take in views across the lagoon and the surrounding landscape.

The apartments are designed in a modern style with high-quality finishes throughout. You can choose between two- and three-bedroom layouts, each with a private outdoor area — a terrace, solarium or garden — where you can make the most of the views and the Mediterranean climate. The communal spaces are generous, including a large swimming pool, landscaped green areas and allocated parking.

If you would like to see the development and its setting for yourself, a viewing trip can be arranged.
