New build residential complex in La Manga Club Resort

Anew-build complex of 42 apartments within La Manga Club resort, this is the last central development of its kind here. Designed for personal use or investment, each home takes in views of the Mar Menor from spacious terraces. Vehicle access is via a folding metal gate; pedestrian access via a manual metal gate.

La Manga Club has been a sport and leisure destination since 1972, set between natural parks and undeveloped beaches. It is a gated, family-oriented community that attracts golfers and holiday homeowners alike. The nearest airports are Corvera (50 km) and Alicante (less than 100 km), with regular flights across Europe.
