New Build Apartments with Sea Views in Balcon de Finestrat, Costa Blanca

Finestrat sits on the southern slopes of the Puig Campana mountain, a short distance from the Benidorm coastline. Balcon de Finestrat is a new development of 48 apartments, spread across four low-rise buildings on an elevated plot. The position gives many homes open views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Benidorm skyline or the surrounding hills. The beach is 2.5 km away; the town centre of Finestrat itself remains quiet and residential.

The apartments are two- and three-bedroom layouts, each with a terrace of at least 34 m². Ground-floor units have private gardens – some with their own swimming pool. First-floor apartments open onto large terraces, while the penthouses offer a private rooftop solarium with pre-installation for a jacuzzi. Interiors are finished to a consistent standard: a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, ducted air-conditioning, aerothermal hot water, electric shutters in the living room, reinforced entrance doors and fitted bathrooms with shower screens. Underground parking and a storage room are included.

The communal areas are designed around two cascading swimming pools linked by waterfalls, with a pool bar alongside. There is also a social lounge and gourmet room, a coworking space, a fully equipped gym, a calisthenics circuit, a sauna and a children’s playground. The gardens are landscaped for relaxation.

Balcon de Finestrat is well placed for daily life. La Marina shopping centre is 3 km away; the centre of Benidorm is 5 km. Golfers have Puig Campana at 4 km and Villaitana at 5 km. Theme parks Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are 3 km and 7 km respectively. Alicante airport is 55 km, the city centre 45 km.

If you are considering a property on the Costa Blanca, a viewing trip can be arranged to see the development and the surrounding area.
