New build residential complex in Casares

A new-build residential complex in Casares, comprising 38 apartments of two, three and four bedrooms. The development sits adjacent to Alcazaba Lagoon—a man-made turquoise lake with a private beach—and residents have full access to its water-based amenities: kayaking, paddle surfing and more. The architecture is Mediterranean in style, with generous terraces, high-quality finishes and a layout designed to make the most of natural light and sea views.

Inside, the apartments feel open and airy, with floor plans that prioritise space and ease of living. Kitchens are fitted with top-of-the-line appliances, and bathrooms are finished to a premium standard. The design is contemporary but understated, using durable materials and neutral tones that let the surrounding landscape take centre stage. Large windows and sliding doors connect the interiors directly to the terraces.

Owners have access to a dedicated spa with a sauna and hot tubs, plus a gym equipped with modern technology and screens—overlooking the lagoon or the gardens. The complex is designed to feel private and self-contained, with landscaping that integrates the buildings into the natural surroundings. It is also close to several golf courses; Finca Cortesin is six minutes away, and Sotogrande, Estepona and Marbella are all within easy reach.

Casares itself is one of the classic Andalusian white villages, set between the Sierra Bermeja mountains and over two kilometres of sandy coastline. It offers a mix of beach life, hiking and golf, with a calm pace that attracts those looking for both relaxation and access to the Costa del Sol’s leisure scene.

If you would like to see the development in person, a viewing trip can be arranged. Please get in touch to schedule a call or a visit.
