Contemporary New Build Apartments in Malaga with Premium Amenities and Sustainable Design

New-build apartments in Málaga, in the rapidly developing Cortijo Merino district. The scheme offers one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, each with a generous terrace and interiors designed to maximise natural light. Specifications include fully fitted kitchens with appliances, ducted air-conditioning, an aerothermal hot-water system, photovoltaic panels, and thermal-break aluminium windows with double glazing. Energy rating A and BREEAM sustainability certification apply. An underground parking space and a storage room are included.

The location places you minutes from Teatinos, the University of Málaga, the Andalusia Technology Park, District Zeta, the trade fair and congress centre, and the Virgen de la Victoria University Hospital. La Malagueta beach is six kilometres away; the airport is seven kilometres; the María Zambrano AVE station is six kilometres. Real Guadalhorce Golf Club is four kilometres from the development.

The community comprises 165 homes across five floors. Communal facilities include a large swimming pool, a sunbathing solarium, a fully equipped gym, yoga and calisthenics areas, and a children’s playground. Extensive green spaces surround the buildings, creating a calm setting while keeping you close to the city’s services and attractions.

Málaga itself offers a rich cultural scene—more than forty museums, a celebrated gastronomy, and an international film festival—alongside a lively marina and a Mediterranean climate that makes outdoor living possible much of the year.

If you are considering a primary home, a holiday base, or an investment property in southern Europe, this development combines location, build quality, and sustainability in a well-connected part of the city. A viewing trip can be arranged to see the apartments and the neighbourhood first-hand.
