New build bungalows in Roda Golf

New build bungalows within the Roda Golf & Beach Resort, in San Javier. The development occupies a south-facing plot bordering the course, with fairways and lakes as the immediate backdrop. Thirty-seven homes are arranged around a communal pool and gardens, with a choice of ground-floor or penthouse layouts.

Each bungalow has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living-dining room with an American kitchen. Outside space is generous: ground-floor units come with a front terrace and garden that leads to the communal areas, plus a private rear terrace and enclosed garden with its own gate.
