New Build Bungalows in Pilar de la Horadada Near the Beach and Town Centre

Pilar de la Horadada sits at the southern edge of the Costa Blanca, a lively coastal town where everyday life runs at a Mediterranean pace. Here, a boutique complex of just twelve new-build bungalows places you within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and services, while the sandy beaches of Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras lie three kilometres away. The development offers two distinct layouts: ground-floor homes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and generous private terraces at the front and rear, with direct access to the communal pool and gardens; or top-floor bungalows with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large private rooftop solarium complete with a summer kitchen, pergola, and guest toilet.

Each home is built around an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen—BALAY appliances are standard—and ducted air conditioning throughout. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and the bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating. Practical details include an armoured front door with an aluminium finish, electric shutters in the living room and bedrooms, and an aerothermal hot water system. On the top-floor solariums, you will find artificial grass, an outdoor shower, lighting, and a full summer kitchen with a dishwasher, small fridge, induction hob, and extractor.

The location gives you easy access to the wider region. Lo Romero golf course is six kilometres away; the marina of San Pedro del Pinatar is eleven kilometres; and the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is fourteen kilometres. Corvera Airport (Murcia) is forty kilometres to the south-west, and Alicante Airport is fifty-five kilometres to the north. Whether you are looking for a holiday home, a permanent residence, or an investment, these bungalows offer a straightforward, well-made proposition in one of the Costa Blanca’s most convenient towns.

If you would like to see the development for yourself, a viewing trip can be arranged at a time that suits you.
